Online Registration: through Sunday, August 10, 2025. If you register online, no need to come in person.
In Person Registration: Sunday, August 10, 2025 from 1 - 3 PM at the Farm Bureau Expo Center
(Babies do not need to be present to register.)

Entries NOT ACCEPTED after Sunday, August 10 at 3 PM

PLEASE BRING CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION TO PAGEANT.

EACH CONTESTANT WILL RECEIVE GATE ADMISSION & 1 PREFERRED PARKINGTICKET FOR PAGEANT DAY.

Rules

All contestants must be residents of Wilson County.
All contestants must pay an entry fee of $11 when registering online ($1.00 convenience fee included)
Placement of the age group will be made based on the age at the time of final registration (August 10, 2025).
The Fair reserves the right to require proof of age upon request.
There will be a first, second and third place winner in each category.
All participants must abide by the guidelines set up by the Beauty Pageant Committee.

NOTE: Adults should dress appropriately on stage.
